| Kelly has been in the insurance/financial
services industry for over 30 years. His undergraduate
Bachelors Degree was in the School of Business Administration,
with primary emphasis in Marketing and Finance, and secondary
emphasis in Accounting and Economics. After entering the
insurance business, he spent the first two years in general
practice, then his career progressed to being involved, with
endorsements for consulting to various groups such as the Los
Angeles Association of Deputy District Attorneys and NFL Players
Association. He also has considerable experience in the
fields of mergers/acquisitions and investment banking. For
the past 21 years, Kelly's primary focus has been in the area of
tax strategies, asset protection, with extensive utilization of
ESOPs (in a proprietary combination with Non-Qualified Plans).
He integrates these programs to facilitate more cost-effective,
comprehensive financial/estate and succession planning for
business owners and other high-net-worth/affluent clients.
Kelly has been a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table
32 consecutive years. He is currently, and has been, a
member of the Court of the Table for eight years. He is
also currently, and previously, a member of the Top of the Table
for five years.
